Jonah
A.K.A. “Dr. Jonah” (Not Actually a Doctor)
Jonah is the proud winner of RCD’s Top Weed Head Award—and we say that with love, respect, and appreciation. His product reviews are incredibly detailed, thoughtful, and unlike anything we’ve seen before.
His passion for glass—and his impressive collection—comes as no surprise. We call him Dr. Jonah because customers naturally open up to him… he’s got that vibe.

Bryan has been with RCD since construction began and proudly holds the title of RCD’s first hire.

With years of retail and customer service experience, his in-depth product knowledge ensures every customer leaves informed, confident, and satisfied. Eric knows how to treat people right, and it shows in every interaction.
Dylan
A.K.A. “Quick Draw”
Fast, confident, and completely earned. Dylan secured his spot after being put on the hot seat—Sam drilled him on cannabis knowledge, and Dylan answered every question with confidence and clarity.
If he hadn’t shown up with his girlfriend and a bag of Chinese food, he probably would’ve started working on the spot—something he definitely didn’t expect when he wandered in asking for a job.

I started Rockland Cannabis Dispensary with one goal in mind: to give our community a place to experience cannabis the way it’s meant to be—honestly, openly, and with care.
For myself, cannabis has always been more than a product on a shelf. It’s a way to bring people together. It’s also an effective way to help folks find relief or just enjoy life a little more. I found out from my own experience that not every dispensary puts the same focus on quality, education, and genuine connection. I wanted to change that!
From day one, I set out to build a space where you’re greeted like a neighbor, every question gets answered, and the menu is handpicked for purity, potency, and consistency. This isn’t about rushing you out the door—it’s about making sure you leave with the right product for you.
